Key technology products - Together with Hanoi City, we strive in the new era
The Hanoi City Key Industrial Product Development Program (SPCNCL) was assigned by the Hanoi People's Committee to the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and implement, with the aim of honoring large-scale enterprises with high competitiveness in the market, capable of international economic integration, and participating in the global production and supply chain. After 7 years of implementation (2018-2024), Hanoi City has recognized 265 products of 181 enterprises with the title of SPCNCL City.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vo Nguyen Phong, Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, affirmed that the development of industry in general and key industries in the capital in particular has been receiving great attention from all levels and sectors from the Central to the City. Based on the Resolutions of the Politburo , the City People's Committee has issued the Project on developing key industrial products of Hanoi City to 2020 with a vision to 2025. The Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade is continuing to advise and develop the Project on developing key industrial products to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
In 2025, the program selected 35 products from 28 enterprises that met the evaluation and selection criteria for SPCNCL according to the provisions of Decision No. 2022/QD-UBND dated April 7, 2023 of the Hanoi People's Committee.
To be recognized, the solution product is evaluated based on strict and rigorous criteria. Specifically, the enterprise must develop sustainably, manage production effectively, proactively research and master technology. The product must demonstrate stable growth in revenue, high labor productivity, good export ability, maintain quality according to international standards, own copyright and trademark, and at the same time create clear business efficiency, contribute positively to the budget and the overall development of the industry.
Enterprises and products recognized as SPCNCL also receive many preferential support incentives: access to preferential loans, science and technology development, improving high-quality human resources, promoting trade and product promotion, thereby expanding opportunities for global integration and competition.

Notably, 02 products Akabot and FPT.EagleEye entered the Top 10 Top 10 SPCNCL of Hanoi city in 2025.
