Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee was appointed as Deputy Secretary of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee

Mr. Le Hong Vinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

On the morning of November 17, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work. At the conference, the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Secretariat's decision to allow Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, to stop participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and stop holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Mr. Le Hong Vinh was mobilized and appointed by the Secretariat to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Mr. Le Hong Vinh (born in 1974, from Luu Son commune, Do Luong district, Nghe An province) has a Master's degree in Science and Technology Management; advanced political theory.

Before December 2010, Mr. Le Hong Vinh worked at Construction Company 475, Nghe An Road Construction Joint Stock Company; Nghe An Construction and Traffic Project Management Board; Nghe An Traffic Management Board; Industrial Specialist, Office of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.

From December 2010 to March 2014, Mr. Le Hong Vinh was Deputy Director of the Department of Transport of Nghe An province. From March 2014 to October 2015, he was a member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Anh Son District Party Committee. From October 2015 to December 2015, he was a member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Anh Son District Party Committee.

From December 2015 to December 2018, Mr. Le Hong Vinh was a member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Party Inspection Committee, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council. From December 2018 to December 2024, he was a member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.

From December 31, 2024, Mr. Le Hong Vinh is Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province. On January 3, 2025, he was elected Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, term 2021-2026.

Previously, on October 17, the Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a conference to implement the Politburo's Decision on personnel work.

At the Conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, replacing Mr. Le Ngoc Quang, who was transferred and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee.
