Announcing newly issued and abolished administrative procedures in a number of fields under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decision No. 4347/QD – BVHTTDL on promulgating newly issued and abolished administrative procedures (AP) in a number of areas under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control; Pursuant to Decree No. 92/2017/ND-CP dated August 7, 2017 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decrees related to administrative procedure control; At the request of the Chief of Office of the Ministry;... The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has promulgated newly issued and abolished administrative procedures in a number of areas under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Accordingly, the newly issued administrative procedures include: Procedures for granting special edition publishing licenses to central agencies and organizations; Procedures for approving changes in the content of special edition publishing licenses to central agencies and organizations; Procedures for granting certificates of free circulation (CFS) for exported goods in the fields of journalism and publishing; Procedures for amending, supplementing/re-issuing certificates of free circulation (CFS) for exported goods in the fields of journalism and publishing.

The abolished administrative procedures include: Issuing certificates of free circulation (CFS) for exported goods in the fields of journalism and publishing; Amending, supplementing/re-issuing certificates of free circulation (CFS) for exported goods in the fields of journalism and publishing; Procedures for recognizing national treasures for specialized museums under ministries, branches, political organizations, and socio-political organizations at the central level; Procedures for sending national treasures abroad to serve state-level foreign affairs activities;...

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. Abolishes 08 central-level administrative procedures announced in Decision No. 3684/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 27, 2022, Decision No. 3955/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 9, 2024; Decision No. 682/QD-BVHTTDL dated March 14, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism (detailed list in the attached Appendix).

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of Office of the Ministry, Heads of relevant agencies and units to be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
