| TNG Vo Nhai factory has restored all production lines and maintained stable operations after the flood. |
Immediately after the flood receded, TNG Vo Nhai Garment Factory (in Cay Bong Industrial Park) - one of the large facilities of TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, started cleaning up the entire workshop. The newly repaired and replaced sewing machines quickly returned to operation; thousands of workers returned to work, continuing export orders. Few people could imagine that not long before, an area of more than 10 hectares of the Factory had been submerged in water.
During the flood caused by storm No. 11, the water level rose over 2m, causing serious damage to the entire factory, warehouse, machinery and raw materials of TNG Vo Nhai Garment Factory, with total estimated damage of nearly 100 billion VND. However, with tireless efforts and the spirit of "overcoming difficulties and recovering quickly", after only 10 days, the entire production line system was back in operation.
Mr. Hoang Dinh Hao, Director of TNG Vo Nhai Garment Factory, shared: What worries us the most is not the property damage, but the thousands of workers who may have to quit their jobs. Therefore, as soon as the water receded, all officers and employees joined hands to clean up and fix each item to restore production as soon as possible. Currently, the entire production line is operating stably, and workers have returned to work.
Da Phuc Industrial Cluster No. 3, located in Trung Thanh Ward, also suffered heavy damage. Located in a low-lying area, many factories here were deeply flooded. Two plywood factories of GB Agritek Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Anh Phuong Vietnam Plywood Production and Export Co., Ltd. suffered great damage, with raw materials and machinery submerged, causing billions of dong in damage. However, with the determination to "not let production be interrupted", after only 15 days, the production lines here were completely restored and returned to normal operation.

| Anh Phuong Vietnam Plywood Production and Export Company Limited (at Da Phuc Industrial Park No. 3) has resumed stable production activities. |
Mr. Truong Quang Hung, Director of Anh Phuong Vietnam Plywood Production and Export Co., Ltd., said: “We had to work through the night to restore the power system and handle the water-soaked materials. The difficulties were great, but thanks to the timely support of the authorities and the spirit of internal solidarity, the factory soon returned to operation, ensuring the delivery schedule for domestic and foreign partners.”
According to statistics from the Department of Industry and Trade, the whole province has 6 industrial clusters that were flooded and suffered great damage due to the impact of storm No. 11, including: Cay Bong, Bao Ly - Xuan Phuong, Hanh Phuc - Xuan Phuong, Son Cam 3, Truc Mai and Da Phuc No. 3, with total damage estimated at about 170 billion VND. In addition, some other industrial clusters such as: Huyen Tung, Nguyen Gon, Son Cam 1, Phu Lac 2, Minh Duc, Quang Son... were also affected.
Natural disasters not only cause property loss, but also threaten to disrupt production chains, interrupt export orders and directly affect the lives of thousands of workers. In the face of this challenge, the spirit of overcoming difficulties and determination of Thai Nguyen enterprises is clearly demonstrated.
By proactively responding, businesses have quickly restored production, restructured processes, maintained and upgraded equipment, and improved risk management capacity to ensure stable and sustainable operations. After more than a month since storm No. 11 passed, most of the affected industrial clusters have basically overcome the consequences, stabilized production, and ensured the lives and jobs of workers, making an important contribution to local economic growth.
