Hung Dien: Thunderstorms collapsed and blew off the roofs of 14 houses

On the morning of September 12, information from the People's Committee of Hung Dien commune, Tay Ninh province, in the area, a thunderstorm collapsed and blew off the roofs of 14 houses.

The storm caused 14 houses to collapse or have their roofs blown off.

Accordingly, on the afternoon of September 11th, heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms occurred in Hung Dien commune. According to initial statistics from the commune, the storm caused the collapse and roof damage to 14 houses (2 completely collapsed, 12 had their roofs blown off), with estimated damages exceeding 250 million VND.

Local authorities have deployed forces to help residents overcome the consequences of the thunderstorm.

After receiving the information, the People's Committee of Hung Dien commune organized a delegation to visit, encourage, and provide initial financial assistance to families affected by the storm.

At the same time, the commune mobilized police, militia, and commune organizations to help people rebuild collapsed and damaged houses, clear debris, and quickly restore their homes and stabilize their lives.
