Organizing the Workshop "Botulinum Toxin Injection in Neurological Diseases"

STO - On the morning of July 21, Soc Trang General Hospital organized a workshop on "Botulinum Toxin Injection in Neurological Diseases". Attending the workshop were Specialist Doctor I Thach Khuon - Deputy Director of Soc Trang General Hospital; doctors from Soc Trang General Hospital and some doctors from provincial hospitals, doctors from district medical centers.

At the workshop, Dr. Tran Ngoc Tai - Deputy Head of the Department of Neurology, University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital , Ho Chi Minh City discussed and provided new knowledge with some general contents in neurological diseases, causes of diseases, symptoms and treatment methods, including introducing Botulinum Toxin injection in neurological diseases.

Also at the workshop, Dr. Tran Ngoc Tai discussed and answered questions from doctors about issues in the process of implementing Botulinum Toxin injection techniques for patients. At the same time, he also directly guided the practice of Botulinum Toxin injection techniques in neurological diseases at the Department of Neurology - Stroke at Soc Trang Provincial General Hospital.

Through the workshop, doctors will have the opportunity to learn and exchange with experienced doctors at higher levels, thereby helping patients with neurological diseases such as eyelid twitching, hemifacial spasm, muscle stiffness after stroke, etc. to be treated locally.
