Organizing the 2025 National Expanded Music Festival

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Official Dispatch No. 5568/BVHTTDL – NTBD to the Vietnam Musicians Association regarding approval of organizing artistic activities.

Pursuant to Decree No. 144/2020/ND-CP dated December 14, 2020 of the Government regulating performing arts activities; Pursuant to Project No. 121/DA-HNS dated October 6, 2025 of the Vietnam Musicians' Association on organizing the expanded National Music Festival - 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City; Responding to Official Dispatch No. 120/CV-HNS dated October 17, 2025 of the Vietnam Musicians' Association on the proposal to organize performing arts activities, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism approves the Vietnam Musicians' Association to organize the "Expanded National Music Festival 2025".

The 2025 National Expanded Music Festival is expected to be held from October 29, 2025 to November 2, 2025 in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

The Vietnam Musicians Association is responsible for complying with the provisions of Decree No. 144/2020/ND-CP dated December 14, 2020 of the Government regulating performing arts activities; Complying with regulations on ensuring security, social order and safety, environment, health and fire and explosion prevention and fighting, and other conditions as prescribed by relevant laws before and during the organization of performing arts; Responsible for implementing the provisions of law on copyright and related rights;

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Vietnam Musicians' Association to report to the Ministry on the implementation of registered contents and specific recommendations (if any) after the end of the art performance program./.
