After the merger, Tra Vinh Ward has a natural area of ​​15.93 km2 and a population of 45,616 people. The total number of cadres, civil servants and public employees of the ward is currently 93 people. The ward Party Committee has 53 party cells and affiliated party committees with 2,489 party members, and the ward Party Committee Executive Committee has 33 comrades.

Carrying out the tasks according to Conclusion No. 183-KL/TW, dated August 1, 2025 of the Politburo on actively implementing the operation of the 2-level local government model, the Ward Party Committee promptly directed, organized, and deployed the dissemination and effective implementation of the contents. The Standing Committee and the Executive Committee regularly inspected, urged, promptly removed difficulties and obstacles, and deployed the operation of the 2-level local government to ensure stability, smoothness, synchronization, and efficiency.

The guiding spirit throughout is “proactive, timely, in accordance with principles and regulations”, creating unity in politics, ideology and action throughout the Party. The key tasks according to Conclusion No. 183-KL/TW have been basically fully implemented, achieving positive results, in which the preparation and organization of Party congresses at all levels are outstanding.
