The model of "Three management, three rooms" at Tra Cu market was established on September 16, 2019, the club's Board of Directors has 10 members. In the past time, the club's Board of Directors coordinated with the town police force (now Tra Cu commune police), departments, branches and unions to organize propaganda, mobilize small traders and people to actively participate in preventing and fighting crimes, social evils and the movement of All people protecting national security, reporting on security and order situation, methods and tricks of all types of criminals...

Through that, 209 sources of information were provided (the "Three management, three rooms" model of Tra Cu market alone provided 53 sources of information) related to security and order, helping the police force fight crime. At the same time, raising awareness and consciousness of strictly complying with the provisions of the law on security and order, regulations on business, environmental sanitation, food safety and hygiene for traders and people. In addition, coordinating with the police force to detect and arrest 4 cases of property theft, receiving an unexpected certificate of merit from the Provincial Police Director.

Up to now, the model has been replicated in 6 clubs across the province in the communes of Tra Cu, Chau Thanh, Cang Long, Nhi Long, Binh Phu and Duyen Hai ward, helping to raise awareness of law compliance among people inside and outside the market area, contributing to building a civilized market. Since then, the model has helped Tra Cu, Chau Thanh, Cang Long, Nhi Long, Binh Phu communes to ensure and maintain security and order criteria in building new rural areas.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy Director of the Department of Building the Movement to Protect National Security and Comrade Chau Van Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assessed that the model "Three management, three preventions" originated from the reality, the necessary requirements of small traders and the operation achieved practical effectiveness, contributing to ensuring local security and order, and effectively implementing the work of preventing and combating crimes.

It is recommended that in the coming time, communes that have implemented the model of "Three management, three prevention" continue to maintain and promote the achieved effectiveness. For communes that have not yet built a model, based on the local situation, research and build it to contribute to ensuring security and order, building new rural areas in the locality. At the same time, pay attention to building core forces (self-governing people's groups, forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level, civil defense teams), replicate effective models in the movement of the whole people protecting national security and order...
