• Coastal Plains: Cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places. Strong North to Northeast winds at level 4 - 5. Cold early mornings and nights. Temperatures range from 19 - 23oC and humidity remains high, from 85 - 95%.
• Cua Lo and Ngu Island area: Cloudy, with showers and possible thunderstorms. Strong northeast wind at level 5, sometimes level 6. Cold early morning and night. Temperature from 19 - 23oC, very high humidity, from 90 - 95%.

Nghe An Province Hydrometeorological Station also said that in the next 48 hours, the province will be affected by the strengthening continental high pressure mass. Therefore, the whole province will maintain a state of variable clouds to cloudy, scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. The Northeast wind continues to blow at level 3, especially in coastal areas at level 4 - level 5.
