The Economic - Budget Committee reviewed the draft resolution to be submitted to the 3rd Special Session of the 19th Provincial People's Council.

On the morning of October 22, comrade Tran Thanh Thuy, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council chaired a meeting of the Economic - Budget Committee to examine draft resolutions submitted to the 3rd thematic session of the 19th Provincial People's Council.

Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council Tran Thanh Thuy chaired the meeting.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Hau Minh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Thi Minh Xuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the province.

At the meeting, the Economic - Budget Committee reviewed 3 draft resolutions, including: Regulations on specific expenditure levels for business travel expenses, conference expenses; receiving foreign guests, organizing international conferences; receiving domestic guests in Tuyen Quang province. Regulations on support content; support levels; application forms; procedures, criteria for selecting projects, plans, and plans to support production development in Tuyen Quang province. Adjusting and supplementing the development investment capital plan for the period 2021-2025 and in 2025, the State budget capital source to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in Tuyen Quang province.

Discussing at the meeting, delegates basically agreed on the draft resolutions. The issuance of resolutions is necessary, within the authority, timely replacing and adjusting expired documents, creating a legal corridor for agencies, units as well as communes and wards in managing and using allocated funds appropriately. Delegates also requested the document drafting unit to clarify some contents related to legal basis; decentralization principles; assessment of the impact of administrative procedures; unifying the enforcement effect and some contents related to the structure and format of documents.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Thi Minh Xuan gave her comments on the contents of a number of draft resolutions.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Tran Thanh Thuy, Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council, requested the drafting agency to take into account the comments at the conference. At the same time, coordinate with relevant agencies to review and supplement the contents to ensure consistency and compliance with current regulations.
