Giving support money to Vang Anh Thu who has a serious illness

On the morning of October 22, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Red Cross (RC) in coordination with the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Tan My commune and benefactors visited and presented over 117 million VND in support to Vang Anh Thu, Mong ethnic group, class 9A, Chiem Hoa Ethnic Boarding Secondary and High School, who has bronchial and lung cancer and requires surgery and long-term treatment.

Leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Association and Tan My commune presented support money to Vang Anh Thu.

Thu lives in Na My village, Tan My commune, belongs to a poor household with difficult circumstances, her parents are divorced, her two sisters live with their mother. The three of them live with their elderly grandparents, Thu's mother does not have a stable job, Thu herself has a serious illness. Thu has just undergone surgery and is being cared for at home by her family, her health is stable, she will continue to go to Tan Trieu K Hospital - Hanoi for examination and treatment.

The delegation presented over 117 million VND to Ms. Ma Thi Lien, the biological mother of Vang Anh Thu, the amount of money that the Tuyen Quang Red Cross Association connected with Mr. Ton Chi Kien to support Thu's medical treatment. This is a huge gift for Thu to be able to treat her serious illness, helping her recover quickly and continue her studies.

On this occasion, the Provincial Red Cross Association also organized the installation of a signboard for the Boarding Kitchen model, Pho Ven Kindergarten, Tan My commune, with a total value of 210 million VND sponsored by the Central Vietnam Red Cross Association through the Tuyen Quang Provincial Red Cross Association.
