Currently, the unit is closely monitoring the developments of storms, floods and storms to proactively advise, propose plans, solutions, instructions, response and disaster recovery appropriate to the actual situation. Immediately after the storm, the unit will strengthen coordination with localities, cooperatives and cooperative groups to grasp the impact of storm No. 5 on agricultural production to promptly propose solutions to restore production, in order to minimize damage caused by the storm.
It is known that in the summer-autumn crop, the whole province planted 38,792 hectares, the first rice area is in the flowering, drying, milky ripening, waxy ripening and harvesting stages; the re-sown area is in the ear-flowering stage.
