State level review

After 4 general training sessions at National Military Training Center 4 (Mieu Mon) and 2 general training sessions at Ba Dinh Square, the forces will have a State-level preliminary review tonight.

The preliminary rehearsal will include armed forces (army, police), marching masses, standing masses, and military equipment and special vehicles.

In addition, there will be a live commentary from Khanh Hoa bridge (on screen) of the parade of armed forces at sea.

The parade of armed forces at sea will be held in Khanh Hoa province, with the participation of the Navy, Vietnam Coast Guard, Border Guard and Military Region 5.

In which, the Navy's forces and means play a core role, with the participation of submarines, missile frigates, missile boats, anti-submarine frigates, various types of coast guard ships, fisheries surveillance ships, military medical ships, border guards, maritime militia and helicopters.

In addition, the preliminary review will include military blocs from countries such as Russia, Laos, Cambodia...

At the same time, in the area in front of My Dinh Stadium, 15 105mm ceremonial cannons will also fire.

Traffic diversion time for parades and processions

According to the Hanoi Traffic Police Department, on August 27, the time to organize road closures and traffic diversions to serve the preliminary program will start from 12:00 to 2:00 on August 28, 5 hours earlier than previously announced.

Previously, on August 26, the Prime Minister directed Hanoi to mobilize volunteer forces, especially young people, women, and veterans, to encourage socialization of activities to support the distribution of free food and drinks to serve people watching parades, marches, and other sightseeing and entertainment activities, and to arrange forces ready to support and guide people at locations where activities take place during the National Day holiday on September 2.

Speaking at the second joint training session at Ba Dinh Square, General Phan Van Giang, Minister of National Defense, said that in the joint training sessions on 21 and 24, the forces performed well and requested to do even better on 27 and 30 as well as on National Day, September 2.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, on August 27, Hanoi will be cloudy with moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain, gradually decreasing in the afternoon. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. The lowest temperature is 23-25 degrees Celsius, the highest temperature is 28-30 degrees Celsius.
