State level review
After 4 general training sessions at National Military Training Center 4 (Mieu Mon) and 2 general training sessions at Ba Dinh Square, the forces will have a State-level preliminary review tonight.
The preliminary rehearsal will include armed forces (army, police), marching masses, standing masses, and military equipment and special vehicles.

Traffic diversion time for parades and processions
According to the Hanoi Traffic Police Department, on August 27, the time to organize road closures and traffic diversions to serve the preliminary program will start from 12:00 to 2:00 on August 28, 5 hours earlier than previously announced.
