More than 90 billion VND of social housing loan packages are outstanding

The Bank for Social Policies continues to promote the social housing loan program to the people.

The Social Policy Bank - Quang Binh Branch has sent documents to departments and branches to continue coordinating to propagate and popularize the social housing loan program; broadcast programs on Quang Binh Newspaper and Radio - Television on the content of propagating social housing loans; launching emulation movements to disburse social housing... However, the remaining capital is still large at 90.6 billion VND; of which, the central capital is 88 billion VND, the local capital is 2.6 billion VND.

The reason for this situation is that the supply of social housing projects in the locality is still scarce. In addition, due to the lack of demand for loans to buy or rent social housing, the VBSP - Quang Binh Branch has only implemented loans for construction and repair of individual houses.

In the coming time, the Social Policy Bank - Quang Binh Branch will continue to promote the social housing loan program; thereby, helping people and those in need of loans to know about this preferential loan package.
