Welcoming General Secretary To Lam and the delegates, the School Leaders introduced the school's outstanding activities, invited the delegation to visit the classrooms, visit the class named after President Ho Chi Minh and watch the art performance program performed by the school's students. The students performed many special acts praising the Vietnam-North Korea friendship, praising the love for the homeland and country. The students made an impression with the song "Who loves Uncle Ho Chi Minh more than children".
On this occasion, General Secretary To Lam presented gifts to teachers and students of Kieng Sang Kindergarten.
Kieng Sang Kindergarten was established in 1954. Since the end of 1970, the school has been transformed into a music training facility for gifted children. Many of the school's students have achieved high results in international competitions. The school's teachers have about 40 years of experience in music training. In addition to teaching, the teachers also have the task of going to other training facilities to look for musical talents. Kieng Sang Kindergarten has been visited many times by General Secretary and State President of North Korea Kim Jong Un.
In Vietnam, the Vietnam-North Korea Friendship Kindergarten is a meaningful gift that the North Korean Government gave to the Vietnamese people (in 1978). The school has a close relationship with Kieng Sang Kindergarten. In 2010, the Vietnam-North Korea Friendship Kindergarten sent 100 winter coats to Kieng Sang Kindergarten. In June 2011, during the visit to North Korea by the Vietnam-North Korea Friendship Association delegation, the Vietnam-North Korea Friendship Kindergarten and Kieng Sang Kindergarten signed a cooperation agreement and established a class named after President Ho Chi Minh.
