During the loan period, after being fully advised by the insurance officer about the insurance benefits of BIC Binh An product, Mr. DMC voluntarily agreed to participate in insurance. Unfortunately, Mr. DMC passed away due to an accident. Immediately upon receiving the news from the customer's family, BIC coordinated with BIDV - Ninh Thuan Branch to send condolences, encouragement and instructions to the customer's family to complete the procedures to receive insurance payment according to regulations. The total amount paid to the customer's family was more than 1.2 billion VND, including: Insurance amount at the time of the event and support and funeral allowances.
