BIDV Insurance Corporation: Paying more than 1.2 billion VND in insurance benefits to customer's family

On August 6, BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC) in collaboration with Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) - Ninh Thuan Branch organized a ceremony to pay accident and health insurance benefits - BIC Binh An to relatives of customers who unfortunately encountered risks due to accidents.

Accordingly, the customer who received insurance payment was Mr. DMC (born in 1987), a loyal loan customer of BIDV - Ninh Thuan Branch. During the loan period, after being fully advised by the insurance officer about the insurance benefits of BIC Binh An product, Mr. DMC voluntarily agreed to participate in insurance. Unfortunately, Mr. DMC passed away due to an accident. Immediately upon receiving the news from the customer's family, BIC coordinated with BIDV - Ninh Thuan Branch to send condolences, encouragement and instructions to the customer's family to complete the procedures to receive insurance payment according to regulations. The total amount paid to the customer's family was more than 1.2 billion VND, including: Insurance amount at the time of the event and support and funeral allowances.

Representatives of BIC and BIDV - Ninh Thuan Branch paid insurance benefits to the customer's family.
