Total budget revenue is estimated at 2,292 billion VND, reaching approximately 130% of the central budget estimate, reaching nearly 120% of the provincial People's Council budget estimate, up 9% compared to 2023. Total import-export turnover in the area is estimated at 900 million USD, up 21.9%, reaching 125.7% of the plan; total tourism revenue is estimated at 1,500 billion VND, up 12.4%; the poverty rate decreased by 4.49%.

Speed ​​up the progress and improve the quality of implementation of key investment projects, large-scale, connected, innovative, and influential urban and transport infrastructure projects... focusing on accelerating the implementation of the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) Expressway Construction Investment Project.

This session will exercise the right to supervise, review and comment on 22 reports of the unit. Research, discuss and consider approving 26 draft resolutions in many fields.
