In this ranking, Hanoi , with an average income of 6.86 million VND/person/month, is second. Dong Nai is third with an average income of 6.57 million VND/person/month. Ho Chi Minh City is fourth with 6.51 million VND/person/month.

Continuing to hold the top position is Binh Duong province, with an average per capita income of 8.29 million VND/person/month.
