Results of specific goal implementation

To implement Conclusion No. 253, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 72; Cao Lanh City Party Committee issued an Action Program for implementation; Cao Lanh City People's Council and People's Committee have developed documents to implement and concretize Conclusion No. 253. Up to now, through the implementation of specific targets according to Conclusion 253, Cao Lanh City has achieved positive results. By the end of 2024, the criteria for a type II urban area are estimated to reach 5/5 criteria above the minimum score, with a total score of 85.94/100 points; a type I urban area with criterion 1 is estimated to reach 15.6 points and criterion 5 is estimated to reach 45.06 points (both above the minimum standard score), basically achieving the goals set out in the Conclusion. Health care services are increasingly improved and modernized with the promotion of digital transformation. Gradually shaping development towards high technology, some manufacturing enterprises create products with high added value such as: Vinh Hoan Joint Stock Company (producing Collagen and Gelatin), Senvita International Joint Stock Company applies technology and launches 2 product lines of lotus perfume and lotus lipstick. The Provincial People's Committee invests in building infrastructure for Quang Khanh industrial cluster oriented towards pharmaceutical production and production of products related to pharmaceuticals, clean manufacturing industry.

Cao Lanh City is the first locality to establish an Intelligent Monitoring and Operation Center (IOC), install 3 AI cameras, build software to manage business registration records, create a map to manage growing area codes, deploy routes accepting cashless payments, pilot the implementation of the "Smart Village" model... creating a model for other localities to learn from and exchange experiences.
