Ha Tinh City auctions many "huge" land lots, some lots exceed the starting price by more than 5.5 billion VND

Auction of land use rights for residential infrastructure mixed with Kenh field and Cua Mieu field, Thach Hung ward on the morning of May 15.

In the land use rights auction in May 2025, Ha Tinh City put up for sale 210 land lots in 9 planning areas, belonging to the city's "golden" lands.

From May 8 to now, Ha Tinh City has organized land use rights auctions in 5 areas including: Interwoven land planning of Duc Phu residential area (Thach Trung ward); Infrastructure planning of both sides of the western canal of the city, Tran Phu ward, phase 1; Infrastructure of residential area of ​​TDP 2, Nguyen Du ward (now Bac Ha ward); Planning of Dong Xay residential area, Thanh Phu residential area, Thach Trung ward, phase 3 and Planning of interwoven residential area of ​​Hong Ha residential area, Thach Trung ward; Infrastructure of interwoven residential area of ​​Kenh field, Cua Mieu field, Thach Hung ward (auction took place on the morning of May 15).

5 areas including 94 land lots were auctioned with a total starting price of over 310.054 billion VND. Of which, 72 land lots of 4 areas (residential infrastructure mixed with Kenh field, Cua Mieu field, Thach Hung ward have not had results yet) were auctioned with a total winning bid value of over 401.188 billion VND, exceeding the total starting price by 139.6 billion VND.

In particular, the land lots in the residential area infrastructure of Group 2, Nguyen Du Ward (now Bac Ha Ward) were successfully auctioned with unexpected results. 19 land lots had a total starting value of more than 137.725 billion VND; the auction result was 100% successful with a total amount of more than 198.400 billion VND, exceeding the total starting price by more than 60 billion VND. The land lots had starting prices from nearly 6 - 11.4 billion VND; many auction lots increased from 10 - 15 price steps, the winning price was from 10 - 16.48 billion VND/lot. There were 8/19 auction lots exceeding the starting price from 4 billion VND to 5.58 billion VND.

Residential area in Thach Ha will be put up for auction in the near future.

The planning area of ​​interspersed land in Duc Phu residential area (Thach Trung ward) also auctioned 16/17 land lots, starting value of more than 23,865 billion VND, the winning auction value reached more than 61,150 billion VND.

Infrastructure planning for both sides of the western canal of the city, Thach Linh ward, phase 1 (now Tran Phu ward), successfully auctioned 20/20 land lots, starting value of nearly 48,469 billion VND, winning auction value reached more than 80,810 billion VND.

The successful auction of land plots in the past has helped Ha Tinh City increase budget revenue, create conditions for infrastructure development, and contribute to the local socio -economic development. From now until the end of May 2025, Ha Tinh City will organize auctions of land use rights in the remaining planning areas as planned.
