Song Cong City: Many trade union members honored.

On the afternoon of April 17th, the Song Cong City Labor Union organized the launching ceremony for the "Workers' Month, Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2025".

The leaders of the Provincial Labor Union presented Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals who achieved outstanding results in 2024.

The theme of this year's Workers' Month is "Vietnamese Workers Pioneering the New Era." At the launching ceremony, the leaders of the Song Cong City Federation of Labor (LĐLĐ) called on all grassroots trade unions, businesses, and workers to participate in the activities of the 2025 Workers' Month, creating a strong ripple effect in the community. They encouraged sharing and exchanging best practices and innovative technical improvements to enhance labor productivity and product quality.

At the program, the leaders of the Provincial Labor Union awarded Certificates of Merit to honor one collective and nine individuals for their outstanding achievements in 2024; the Song Cong City Labor Union awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 28 exemplary individuals for the period 2020-2025.

Meaningful gifts were presented to workers in difficult circumstances.

Also at the launching ceremony, the Song Cong City Labor Union presented 50 gift packages, each worth 700,000 VND, to workers, civil servants, and employees in difficult circumstances.

As part of the program, the City Federation of Labor Unions organized a special cultural and artistic program titled "Singing for Workers".

The Song Cong City Federation of Labor Unions currently manages 96 grassroots labor unions with over 11,000 members. Along with organizing the launching ceremony for the "Workers' Month, Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health 2025," during this Workers' Month, the city's Federation of Labor Unions will organize many meaningful and practical activities to honor workers and employees.
