Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health will establish an inspection team for 264 dental clinics in the city to inspect and evaluate compliance with legal regulations in medical examination and treatment at dental clinics, improve service quality, and aim for patient satisfaction; at the same time, request correction or handling of violations that may affect patient safety.
The inspection team is led by the leader of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health with 5 independent inspection teams, each team includes: 1 team leader (leader of the Medical Affairs Department, leader of the Medical Services Management Department), 1 secretary (specialist of the Medical Affairs Department or the Medical Services Management Department), 3 members (1 member is a specialist of the Medical Services Management Department or the Medical Affairs Department, 1 member is an expert from the Central Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology of Ho Chi Minh City or the Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology of Ho Chi Minh City, 1 member is an expert in infection control) and a representative of the District Health Department, Thu Duc City (where the clinic is assessed) as an observer. The inspection time is expected to be from September to December 2025.

Arrange personnel to coordinate with the Assessment Team (ensuring the presence of the person responsible for technical expertise of the facility), the unit leader or investor and related practitioners when working with the Department of Health's inspection team.
