Tra Tan has implemented administrative reform effectively.

In the last days of January, the atmosphere in Tra Tan became much livelier. Besides the familiar scene of thousands of workers rushing to work in the industrial clusters every morning, many people began shopping for Tet (Lunar New Year), creating a bustling atmosphere on the streets.

In implementing the policy of reorganizing commune-level administrative units and establishing a two-tiered local government apparatus, the People's Committee of Tra Tan commune has made efforts to improve the institutional framework, such as: issuing working regulations, assigning tasks to the leaders of the People's Committee of the commune, and decisions to establish steering committees and support teams. It has focused on consolidating and stabilizing the two-tiered local government apparatus, and arranging and assigning cadres, civil servants, and public employees after the merger.

In addition, effectively implement the digital transformation plan for 2025, develop regulations for scientific and technological activities and innovation, and implement Project 06. Deploy the issuance of digital certificates and digital signatures to units and commune leaders. Complete the review, consolidation, and stabilization of the organizational structure, and arrange or resolve the termination of employment for part-time commune-level officials.

Over the past six months of operation, Tra Tan has handled 2,332 cases of notarization and civil registration, including 369 cases of notarizing transaction contracts; 1,550 cases of notarizing signatures; 1,257 cases of notarizing copies from original documents; 51 cases of marriage registration; 162 cases of birth registration; 189 cases of confirming marital status; and 421 cases of extracting civil registration records...

All of the above applications were processed promptly or on time through the one-stop service process at the public administrative service center. To achieve this, the public administrative service center is fully equipped with necessary machinery, has designated reception areas, posts procedures, and provides support to citizens in completing administrative procedures. According to a representative of the public administrative service center, the total number of applications received from July 1, 2025 to November 15, 2025 was 3,843, of which online applications accounted for 98%, and applications processed promptly or on time reached a rate of 97.7%.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tra Tan commune, said: "According to the scoring system of the Central Government, as of December 31, 2025, Lam Dong province has an average score of 92.56 points, ranking 16th out of 34 provinces and cities. Tra Tan commune alone achieved 94.24 points, ranking excellent..."

"Prompt and timely resolution of administrative procedures facilitates the activities of the people and businesses in socio-economic sectors. This has contributed to Tra Tan's estimated state budget revenue reaching 61 billion VND/40.28 billion VND target, achieving 151% of the plan. At the same time, public investment capital disbursement reached 13.74 billion VND/14.51 billion VND, achieving 94.6% of the 2025 plan."

From another perspective, Tra Tan is known as one of the leading communes in the province in terms of industrial cluster development. Currently, the Nam Ha and Nam Ha 2 industrial clusters are 100% occupied. The Dong Ha industrial cluster is over 50% occupied. The Provincial People's Committee has approved the investment plan for the Tan Ha Industrial Cluster.

Besides industry, the private economy in Tra Tan continues to develop with over 90 companies and enterprises; 6 cooperatives and over 200 business households. Therefore, the legal procedures that need to be resolved are more complex than in some other communes and wards, especially in the context of the newly formed two-tiered local government, where the workload is still new and extensive, which needs to be acknowledged...

With the efforts of the entire political system, Tra Tan is gradually overcoming difficulties and effectively implementing the two-tiered local government model. Initially, administrative procedures for citizens are handled meticulously, the rate of timely processing of applications is high, citizens are satisfied, and the economy is developing strongly, generating budget revenue exceeding targets...
