Tran Minh Duc, Hai Duong Province Cooperative Union

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Quan presented the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to transfer Comrade Tran Minh Duc to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Cooperative Union of Hai Duong province.

On the morning of June 7, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Quan presented the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on transferring Comrade Tran Minh Duc, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee to work at the Provincial Cooperative Union and hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Cooperative Union to replace Comrade Nguyen Kim Hoan who retired from September 1, 2023. The appointment of Comrade Tran Minh Duc is from June 1, 2024.

Previously, on May 29, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province decided to approve the results of the election to fill the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union, term 2020-2025 for comrade Tran Minh Duc, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Van Quan congratulated Mr. Tran Minh Duc on being entrusted with a new task by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. In the coming time, Mr. Tran Minh Duc needs to promote his qualifications, capacity and experience to unite with the leadership and staff of the Cooperative Union, overcome all difficulties and successfully complete the assigned tasks. Comrade Tran Minh Duc was born in 1971 in Thanh Khe commune (Thanh Ha), has a high level of political theory, master's degree in economics and agriculture. He used to hold the position of Secretary of the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union; Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies; Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies of Hai Duong Province.
