On October 1st, singer My Tam, MC Tran Thanh, and many other Vietnamese artists continued to send money to support people affected by Typhoon Bualoi.

Continuing the spirit of solidarity and support for those affected by Typhoon Bualoi, on the morning of October 1st, singer My Tam donated 500 million VND to the Central Relief Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (UBMTTQVN).

"With all my heart, I would like to join hands in sharing with my homeland. I pray that those affected by the floods and storms will overcome their losses and suffering and have a peaceful and stable life," she shared.

On their personal page, Tran Thanh and Hari Won announced that they had transferred 500 million VND to the Central Relief Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front.

"I would like to contribute a little to helping people in Central Vietnam overcome the floods and storms. I hope everyone will join hands. It doesn't matter how much each of us contributes, but if we all work together, the people in need will receive much more," the male MC shared.

Artist Truong Giang also donated 300 million VND with the message: "Joining hands with our compatriots, wishing everyone safety." Director Ly Hai and Minh Ha's family also sent 300 million VND, hoping that the people in the storm-affected areas will soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives. Miss Vietnam Tieu Vy, singer Hoang Hai, and musician Tu Dua each contributed 100 million VND to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Also this morning, at the headquarters on Mac Dinh Chi Street, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee - Ho Chi Minh City Relief Campaign Committee organized the reception of voluntary contributions to support people affected by Typhoon No. 10.

According to information provided to VietNamNet, a representative stated that People's Artist My Uyen contributed a small amount along with the city's artists and performers, joining hands to help people stabilize their lives after the natural disaster. Also present at the fundraising event were People's Artist Trinh Kim Chi, artist Tuyet Thu, actress Kim Tuyen, and others.

According to statistics from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the amount of money raised during the morning's fundraising was 291.8 million VND.

The latest list includes: singer Jun Pham - 200 million VND; singer RHYDER - 100 million VND; Miss Ky Duyen - 100 million VND; designer Do Manh Cuong - 100 million VND; actress Ngoc Thanh Tam - 100 million VND; DJ Mie - 50 million VND; director Neko Le - 50 million VND; singer Le Bao Binh - 50 million VND; and singer Phung Khanh Linh - 50 million VND.

Previously, on September 30th, singer Tung Duong and his close friends donated 1 billion VND; the "Hibiscus Family" group of friends, consisting of 3 singers: Hoa Minzy - 300 million VND, Duc Phuc - 1 billion VND, and Erik - 100 million VND; and singer Duy Manh - 300 million VND.

On September 29th, Miss Huong Giang contributed 100 million VND; singer Quoc Thien - 100 million VND; singer Bich Phuong - 100 million VND; TikToker Ninh Duong Story - 70 million VND; and singer Pham Quynh Anh - 50 million VND.

On September 28th, singer Tuan Hung organized the "I Am Vietnamese - Towards Flood Victims" pickleball tournament. Many athletes and philanthropists, who are his friends, participated in the fundraising, totaling over 500 million VND.

In accordance with the spirit of the Ho Chi Minh City Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, in the coming days, many theaters in the city will organize activities to pay tribute to the patron saint of performing arts. This is an opportunity for artists of many generations to gather and reminisce about the past year of their work.

As the head of the Ho Chi Minh City Small Stage Theatre, artist My Uyen will mobilize voluntary contributions from colleagues and audiences to support the areas affected by the remnants of Typhoon No. 10.

Last year, she also suggested that colleagues and audience members attending the Ancestor Worship Ceremony donate the money they would have spent to support people in flood-affected areas instead of preparing offerings.

"After each Ancestor Worship season, I always maintain the habit of donating the money raised to the Vietnam Fatherland Front or newspaper editorial offices for charitable purposes; the food and fruit are given to the Go Vap Children's Nurturing and Protection Center. If we do this well, it is what the Ancestor Worship wishes for. Because all Vietnamese people share a common heart, hướng towards our compatriots, for the peace and safety of every family," My Uyen said.
