The delegation included representatives from the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Department of Health .

During a visit to the Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Department, Comrade Sung A Ho and members of the delegation presented 30 gifts to patients in difficult circumstances and those from impoverished households. They also kindly inquired about the patients' health and living conditions, shared their difficulties, and encouraged them to persevere through their illnesses and return to a stable life as soon as possible.
This is a practical activity, demonstrating the concern of local Party committees and authorities for social welfare work, while also boosting morale, helping patients alleviate difficulties, and giving them peace of mind during treatment; spreading the spirit of mutual support and working together for the community.

Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Comrade Sung A Ho – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation – emphasized that caring for poor patients and those in difficult circumstances is always the responsibility of the Party Committee, the government, and the entire society. Although the gifts today may not be of great material value, they demonstrate the timely concern, sharing, and encouragement of the Party, the State, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee, hoping to instill more confidence and strength in patients so they can focus on treatment and overcome their illnesses soon. He also requested that the provincial health sector continue to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, and provide even better care for patients, especially those in difficult circumstances.
