During this event, the organizing committee visited and presented Tet gifts to young workers at the following units: Cam Lo Energy Pellet Factory; Vinh Quang GP Co., Ltd.; Duc Huyen Trang Co., Ltd.; Tuan Hung Co., Ltd.; and Minh Tue ADV Co., Ltd. (Dong Ha City). The organizing committee extended New Year greetings to the young workers and presented 40 gift packages, each containing 300,000 VND and other items, to workers in difficult circumstances. This served to encourage and support them, bringing them a warm and meaningful new spring during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon - 2024.
To promote the pioneering and voluntary role of youth organizations and associations in accompanying, supporting, and caring for the lives of young workers and laborers in difficult circumstances in the province, in recent years, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union - the Secretariat of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province, in coordination with the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, has organized two visits and gift-giving events annually for young workers and laborers at enterprises that are members of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association.
According to Nguyen Quoc Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union and President of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province: “This is a practical activity aimed at caring for young workers during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon. We hope that these gifts can alleviate some of the worries and difficulties of workers during the Tet holiday. At the same time, it encourages young workers to continue striving and being creative in their work and production, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.”
