(BL-NQ) On the afternoon of May 30, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Lieu summarized and awarded prizes for the Online Contest to learn about the life, career, ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Ta Trung Dung - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; comrade Bui Tan Bay - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
The contest was held from May 19 to 28, 2025, attracting 6,550 contestants. Through the contest, it demonstrated the full and profound awareness of cadres, party members and people about the core values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
With fair and objective evaluation, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to contestant Nguyen Hoai Han (29 years old, Xom Lam Hamlet, Hiep Thanh Commune, Bac Lieu City), 2 Second Prizes to Tran Hoang Thoai (Ward 2, Bac Lieu City) and Thai Hoang Tan (Phong Thanh A Commune, Gia Rai Town), along with 5 Third Prizes and 12 Encouragement Prizes to other contestants.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Do Ai Lam - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Lieu said that the contest is a broad political activity in the whole province, organized with a focus, key points, and high educational value; ensuring seriousness, objectivity, fairness, thrift, practicality and efficiency.
Through that, it contributes to raising awareness, affirming the great value, practical significance, and influence of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle; strongly promoting the study and following of Uncle Ho by cadres, party members, and people in the province.
