On the evening of October 14th, the Binh Thuan Golf Tournament - Green Convergence award ceremony took place at the PGA Golf Course complex within the NovaWorld Phan Thiet Economic, Tourism and Entertainment Urban Area.
The tournament attracted over 150 golfers, including members and guests from various provinces and cities across the country, competing in 4 official divisions: Division A, Division B, Division C, etc., using a stroke play format with Net scores in each division.
After a day of competition, the golfers demonstrated their best spirit. Besides the Best Gross, First, Second, and Third place awards in each category, Binh Thuan Golf - Green Convergence also presented many other valuable prizes. The Best Gross award went to golfer Truong Tan Dat; first place in category A to golfer Hoang Huu Cuong; first place in category B to golfer Tran Ngoc Thien; first place in category C to golfer Pham Tuan Anh; and first place in women's category to golfer Nguyen Thi Phuong Hang.
The Binh Thuan Golf Tournament - Green Convergence 2023, organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, is part of the series of events for the 2023 National Tourism Year “Binh Thuan - Green Convergence” and to celebrate the 28th anniversary of Binh Thuan Tourism Day (October 24, 1995 - October 24, 2023).
At the awards ceremony, the organizing committee awarded scholarships to 28 underprivileged students with excellent academic achievements (worth 2 million VND each) from Tien Thanh commune, Phan Thiet city, and donated 200 million VND to the Binh Thuan Provincial Education Promotion Fund.
