Presenting Party badges to veteran Party members.

To commemorate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on May 18, provincial leaders presented Party badges to many veteran Party members currently active in grassroots Party branches.

* Comrade Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, presented the 65-year Party membership badge to veteran Party member Tran Van Nhan, a member of the Ninh Binh hamlet Party branch, Ninh Quoi commune.

Comrade Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, presented the 65-year Party membership badge to Party member Tran Van Nhan.

Comrade Tran Van Nhan, born in 1943, joined the revolution in 1958 and was admitted to the Party on February 3, 1962. During his career, he held many positions: Head of the Hong Dan District Police, Deputy Commander of Security in Minh Hai Province, Director of the Minh Hai Provincial Customs Department, and Internal Affairs Specialist at the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee. In November 2001, he retired and has been a Party member in the Ninh Binh Hamlet Party Branch (Ninh Quoi Commune) ever since.

Comrade Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, respectfully acknowledges the contributions of Comrade Tran Van Nhan throughout his career.

At the ceremony, Comrade Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, congratulated Comrade Tran Van Nhan on receiving the 65-year Party Membership Badge. This is a prestigious award, recognizing his contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party; and expressed the hope that he would continue to uphold the qualities of a Party member, serving as a shining example for the younger generation to learn from; and actively contribute ideas to building the Party and developing his homeland.

Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Ninh Quoi Commune, Nguyen Minh Nhut   Congratulations to Comrade Tran Van Nhan on receiving the 65-year Party membership badge.

* Comrade Tran Huu Phuoc, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, presented Party badges to 10 Party members of the Nam Can Commune Party Committee.

Among them, Comrade Phan Van Ken (born in 1936), a member of the Cai Nai Hamlet Party Branch, was honored to receive the 70-year Party Membership Badge; Comrade Le Thanh Huan, a member of the Chong My A Hamlet Party Branch, received the 60-year Party Membership Badge.

In addition, eight comrades currently active in the Party branches under the Nam Can Commune Party Committee received the 50, 45, 40, and 35-year Party membership badges in this round, which were presented at the Nam Can Commune headquarters.

Comrade Tran Huu Phuoc, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, and Comrade Huynh Minh Kien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Nam Can commune, presented the 60-year Party membership badge and flowers to congratulate Comrade Le Thanh Huan.

Tran Huu Phuoc, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, presented the 45-year Party membership badge to Comrade Tran Thanh Thuy (Party Branch of Hamlet 7) and Comrade Pham Cong Nhan (Party Branch of Cai Nai Hamlet).

Comrade Huynh Minh Kien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Nam Can commune, presented the 40-year Party membership badge to Comrade Vu Hai Nang (Party Branch of Hamlet 7) and Comrade Pham Thi Ky (Party Branch of Hamlet 6).

Congratulating the Party members who received Party badges this time, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department, Tran Huu Phuoc, affirmed: "You comrades are exemplary role models in terms of political acumen, moral character, and dedication to the cause of national liberation and the building of our homeland. Your contributions not only leave their mark in each stage of the revolution, but also serve as a source of motivation and an important spiritual support for today's Party members and young generation."

* Comrade Phan Hoang Vu, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, presented the 60-year Party membership badge to two veteran Party members of the Cai Nuoc Commune Party Committee.

Two party members received the 60-year Party Membership Badge: Party member Tran Kim Thuan (born in 1948), a member of the Party Branch in Hamlet 2, and Party member Pham Thanh Truyen (born in 1941), a member of the Party Branch in Hamlet 1.

Comrade Tran Kim Thuan joined the Party in February 1967 and held many positions: Secretary of the District Youth Union, Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, Chairman of the District Fatherland Front Committee, and Chairman of the Cai Nuoc District Women's Union.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Phan Hoang Vu, along with representatives of local leaders, took a commemorative photo with Comrade Tran Kim Thuan and his family.

Having joined the revolution early, Comrade Pham Thanh Truyen was admitted to the Party in February 1966 and held various positions, including: Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Cai Nuoc District; Deputy Director of the Department of Transport of Minh Hai Province; and Director of Nam Can Port.

Respectfully presenting the Party badge, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Phan Hoang Vu affirmed: The Party badge is a well-deserved recognition by the Party of the contributions and dedication of Party members to the cause of national liberation and homeland building. This is not only an honor for the individuals and their families, but also a shared pride of the Provincial Party Committee.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Phan Hoang Vu wished the comrades a happy and healthy life, and that they would continue to be shining examples for the younger generation to follow.

Regarding local authorities, Comrade Phan Hoang Vu suggested continuing to pay attention to and carefully care for the material and spiritual lives of policy beneficiary families and meritorious individuals; promptly providing full information on the Party's policies and guidelines on economic, cultural, and social development, as well as social welfare programs, so that veteran Party members can follow and contribute ideas to building a more prosperous and beautiful Ca Mau homeland.

* The Party Committee of An Xuyen ward organized a ceremony to present Party badges to 36 Party members.

Party members were honored with badges commemorating 30 to 65 years of Party membership. Notably, three senior Party members received their badges directly at their homes from the ward Party Committee leaders.

Comrade Ho Van Chung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of An Xuyen Ward, presented Party badges to comrades with 45, 50, and 55 years of Party membership.

The An Xuyen ward Party Committee has 36 Party members who were honored to receive Party badges on May 19th this year.  

The Party badge awarding ceremony is not only a recognition of the contributions of senior Party members, but also an opportunity for each young cadre and Party member to reflect on themselves, constantly strive, cultivate revolutionary ethics, and be determined to build a prosperous homeland.
