According to Vo Thi Thu Huyen, Head of the Social Department at the House of Happiness, Fahasa has been accompanying the center for many years in spreading reading culture to children through community activities and supporting the center's library with books.

Founded in 1993 by Aline Rebeaud, a Swiss national, the House of Happiness initially started as a small shelter in the former Binh Tan District for orphaned children and disabled people in difficult circumstances. After more than 30 years of operation, the center has developed into a community support model with many facilities such as: accommodation, vocational training center, and social housing for people with disabilities. Currently, the House of Happiness is home to approximately 150 people with disabilities and their families.

Previously, the Fahasa bookstore chain, in collaboration with other organizations, donated 1,000 notebooks along with many gifts including backpacks, school supplies, notebook covers, books, etc., to 100 disadvantaged students in Chau Duc and Bau Lam communes, Ho Chi Minh City.
