- On the afternoon of July 25, the Provincial Red Cross Association coordinated with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Lang Son Branch ( BIDV Lang Son) to organize a program to visit and give gifts to the family of Ms. Chu Thi Bich (born in 1948), block 29, Ky Lua ward.
Ms. Chu Thi Bich's family is poor. She has two children (Mr. Chu Van Huong has intellectual disabilities, Ms. Chu Thi Hang is blind in both eyes) who are victims of Agent Orange due to their father's side effects.
During the program, the Provincial Red Cross and BIDV Lang Son presented 20 million VND to Ms. Bich's family. It is known that this is also the household that BIDV Lang Son has assigned a humanitarian address with a total amount of 48 million VND in 2 years (2024 and 2025), equivalent to a support level of 2 million VND/month.
Block 29, Ky Lua Ward
This is a practical activity on the occasion of the 78th Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love" of the community towards the disadvantaged, thereby helping them reduce difficulties in life.
