Donated 60 laptops to primary school students in Lao Cai and Yen Bai

Nestlé Vietnam, MILO brand has donated 3 computer rooms, each with 20 laptops, to 3 primary schools in Yen Bai and Lao Cai provinces.

Nestlé Vietnam , through the Nestlé MILO brand, has just launched the Nutrition and Exercise Education Program for Primary School Students for the 2024-2025 school year. Within the framework of the Program, Nestlé Vietnam, the MILO brand has donated 3 computer rooms to primary schools in Yen Bai province: Khao Mang Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities; Pung Luong Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities and Lao Cai - Ta Giang Phin Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.

The donation of computers aims to facilitate students, teachers and schools to access information technology, improve computer skills and create new and interesting learning experiences, helping schools in remote areas with many difficulties gradually approach national standard school standards as well as digital school models.

In addition, Nestlé MILO also gave students at 3 schools nearly 2,000 sports bags, more than 600 backpacks, hats, school supplies, more than 1,000 basketball crossbody bags and more than 2,000 soccer goals, helping students welcome the new school year happily, healthily and actively.

With a long-term commitment to accompany the young generation of Vietnam in comprehensive physical and mental development, over the past three decades, Nestlé MILO has implemented many programs such as: Nutrition Education and Exercise Program for Primary School Students to enhance knowledge of nutrition and encourage students to participate in physical education and sports activities; Dynamic Vietnam Program to support school physical education and sports movements such as Phu Dong Sports Festival, swimming and athletics competitions, and Aerobics, football, basketball, Vovinam, etc.

During the 2021-2023 period, through the Nutrition and Exercise Education Program for Primary School Students, 33.4 million primary school students in more than 34,000 schools nationwide received nutritional supplements and participated in physical activities with Nestlé MILO. In the 2023-2024 school year, the Program also presented Bang Thanh II Primary School (Bac Kan) with a computer room with 50 laptops.
