VTV.vn - "Make in Vietnam" solutions developed by Viettel engineers will be deployed to monitor and operate smart traffic in the Middle East region.
On June 24, Viettel Enterprise Solutions Corporation (Viettel Solutions) - a member of the Military Industry - Telecommunications Group, and Elite Road Solutions (ERS) signed a contract to deploy and provide AI cameras and smart traffic monitoring and control solutions for customers in the Middle East. According to the contract, Viettel Solutions will play a role in building the entire smart traffic monitoring and control management solution, while partner ERS will bring Viettel's solutions, deploy and apply them effectively in the Middle East... 
The project will provide 5G AI cameras and integrate software to build an IOC smart operations center such as smart video management and analysis (VMS), traffic safety monitoring and handling (TrafficID)... which are "Make in Vietnam" solutions developed by Viettel engineers. The entire system will be deployed on the 5G platform, using AI to support customers in monitoring, operating, managing traffic, and automatically identifying violations. This contract is the result of 1 year of Viettel Solutions accompanying ERS to promote IT solutions and digital transformation in the Middle East markets in general and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in particular. ERS's understanding and experience in the Middle East market combined with Viettel's capacity in implementing Smart Operation Center projects at the Government, Ministry, industry and provincial and city levels in Vietnam and all 10 countries where Viettel invests are believed to provide the Middle East market with effective and accurate tools in monitoring and operating to ensure traffic safety and order. ERS representatives also shared their strategy of providing integrated, comprehensive solutions that meet the specific needs of customers and affirmed that they can fully master Viettel's products, promote them effectively and ensure the success of these solutions in the international market. On this occasion, the two sides also signed a strategic cooperation agreement, continuing to set a milestone for the next 5-year relationship from 2024 - 2028, promising to resonate the unique values of each side, contributing to information technology and digital transformation projects in Vietnam and the Middle Eastern country as well as ERS's strong countries in Europe.
