Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son visited the indoor exhibition space of the Ministry of Public Security at the Exhibition.

September 1st was considered the “peak” when the number of visitors exceeded 1.05 million, equivalent to the population of a large city. The crowd poured into the Exhibition like a festival, creating a vivid picture of the spirit towards the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2nd. Previously, daily figures recorded a continuous increase: more than 230,000 visitors on the first day (August 28), nearly 300,000 people on August 29, more than 650,000 people on August 30, about 800,000 people on August 31, and nearly 900,000 people on September 2. These are unprecedented numbers in the history of exhibitions in Vietnam.

To operate an event with a capacity of millions of people, the organization has been prepared and deployed at the maximum level. Nearly 2,000 receptionists and volunteers are present in all areas, supporting from the information desk to guiding visitors using the Digimap system - a digital map. More than 20 bus routes and 2 free internal tram routes operate continuously, ensuring safe and convenient travel. The system of 925 toilets, including areas for the disabled, is scientifically arranged and maintained clean regardless of sudden increases in visitor traffic.

The exhibition space of the Ministry of Public Security attracts a large number of visitors.

Cuisine is also a highlight. Two outdoor areas at the North and West Courts with more than 114 kiosks and many stalls inside and outside the Kim Quy House, House A have become bustling stops, serving hundreds of thousands of visitors every day. The food stalls not only provide necessities, but also recreate the richness of the culinary culture of the three regions. Along with that, a series of signboards, free handbooks and 12 information booths help visitors easily access the huge exhibition space.

Not only stopping at the number of visitors, the exhibition's success also lies in the series of vibrant artistic and experiential activities taking place every day. On average, there are about 100 large and small events every day, from music, art performances to interactive activities. The highlight programs that leave a strong impression are: "Ho Chi Minh City - Faith and Aspiration" (August 29), "Hanoi - Forever shining Vietnamese aspiration" (August 31), "Echo forever" by the Ministry of Public Security (September 3), or the performance of international artist Max Sound Band. Three nights of high-altitude fireworks on August 28, September 2 and September 13 turned Hanoi's sky into a scene of converging light and emotion.

Along with art, the exhibition also expands the experience through diverse activities: robot performances, hot air balloons, art kites, culinary performances, handicraft performances, village product displays, traditional art programs from 34 provinces and cities... More than 200 exhibition booths with a series of seminars and thematic talks have turned the exhibition space into a true "event city".

Despite having to serve a huge flow of guests, all services operate smoothly, cleanly and safely. Without overloading or losing control, VEC has proven its outstanding organizational capacity, capable of handling world-class events. The image of millions of guests still being attentively welcomed, from transportation, dining to art experiences, has become the most convincing proof.

The exhibition of national achievements is therefore not simply a commemorative event, but also a strong message about Vietnam's ability to organize large-scale events. In the context of integration and affirming the national position, marking a record of nearly 4 million visitors in less than a week is a proud achievement, reflecting the strength of consensus, as well as the great potential for Vietnam to become a destination for exhibitions and events of international stature.
