BTO-On the morning of November 4, about 900 students of Luong The Vinh High School (Ham Thuan Nam) attended the digital exhibition "Hoang Sa, Truong Sa of Vietnam - Historical and legal evidence" organized by the Department of Information and Communications in coordination with the Department of Education and Training, and the People's Committee of Ham Thuan Nam district.
At the exhibition, students, teachers and workers were introduced to and viewed maps, documents and publications affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos. In addition, a reporter from the Provincial Border Guard Command introduced the potential and advantages of Vietnam's seas and islands in developing the marine economy; interacted and answered students' questions related to Vietnam's sovereignty over the seas and islands.
This is a practical activity to introduce and disseminate information to students and teachers about historical and legal documents and evidence affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa.
Mr. Nguyen Le Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Binh Thuan province affirmed: "With authentic, objective and specific historical evidence, the digital exhibition "Hoang Sa, Truong Sa of Vietnam - Historical and legal evidence" provides and introduces to cadres, party members, students of Binh Thuan province in general, Ham Thuan Nam district in particular, documents, historical and legal evidence affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa. Thereby contributing to fostering love for the homeland and country; raising awareness, responsibility and joint action to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland of cadres, teachers and students in the cause of building and defending the country".
