Submit to the Prime Minister for decision on assigning the People's Committee of Da Nang City to manage Tuy Loan intersection

The Government Office has document 3100/VPCP-CN conveying the opinion of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha on assigning the management agency of Tuy Loan intersection under the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway Project.

Specifically, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha assigned the Ministry of Construction to coordinate with relevant agencies to adjust the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway Project in accordance with legal regulations, including adjusting Tuy Loan intersection out of the project's investment scope as suggested by the Ministry of Construction; to be completed before April 16, 2025.

At the same time, the Ministry of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Da Nang City to report to the Prime Minister before April 16, 2025 on the investment capital for Tuy Loan intersection.

After the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Finance complete the above tasks, the Ministry of Construction will complete the draft Decision on assigning the People's Committee of Da Nang City to manage the Tuy Loan intersection, and submit it to the Prime Minister before April 18, 2025.

Tuy Loan Interchange connects Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway and Tuy Loan - Hoa Lien Expressway and crosses National Highway 14B.
