In the urban sector, the center guides and explains to agencies, units, organizations and citizens to properly implement state regulations, organizes inspections, detects and records violations of construction, urban order, land and environmental sanitation.

Advise the organization to implement the decisions of competent authorities on enforcement measures, dismantling illegal constructions, and site clearance; advise the Ward People's Committee to organize the management of sidewalk order.

Organize bidding according to the provisions of law to select traders to use or rent business locations at the market according to the approved plan.

Sign contracts with traders to use or rent business premises at the market according to approved plans.

Organize the management and operation of market activities, organize the implementation of market regulations and handle violations of market regulations.
