(Dan Tri) - On the first working day, the Central Committee gave opinions on personnel so that the Politburo could decide to introduce the National Assembly to elect two chairmen of National Assembly committees, approve the Deputy Prime Minister and two ministers.

The 13th meeting of the 13th Party Central Committee opened on the morning of October 6 in Hanoi .

In a statement issued the same afternoon, the Party Central Committee Office said that in the morning, the Party Central Committee worked in the hall under the chairmanship of President Luong Cuong.

Accordingly, the Central Committee discussed and decided on a number of contents on personnel work.

At this Conference, the Central Committee gave opinions on personnel so that the Politburo could decide to introduce the XV National Assembly to elect the following positions: Secretary General of the National Assembly - Head of the National Assembly Office, Head of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment, Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the National Assembly's Delegation Affairs Committee.

The Central Committee also gave opinions on personnel for the Politburo to introduce to the National Assembly for approval of the positions: Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Home Affairs.

After that, the Central Committee worked in groups to discuss the Report on introducing personnel for the 14th Party Central Committee (both official and alternate; both re-elected and participating for the first time).

The Central Committee also discussed the Report on introducing personnel for the 14th Central Inspection Committee (both re-election and first-time participation).
