Implementing Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo , Plan No. 215-KH/TU, dated May 5, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Directive No. 45-CT/TW, the Party Committee of Tan Gianh commune has focused on leading and directing the serious, methodical, and procedural implementation of the contents of the congress preparation.
Immediately after its establishment and operation from July 1, 2025, the Party Committee of the commune organized a thorough dissemination of the guiding documents and developed a plan to organize the 1st Congress, term 2025 - 2030 of the Tan Gianh Commune Party Committee. Up to now, the first draft of the political report of the 1st Congress of Tan Gianh Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2025 has been developed and approved.
After synthesizing comments at conferences of cadres, civil servants, and retired cadres, the Document Subcommittee plans to submit the second draft to the Party Committee and the Party Executive Committee for approval in August 2025. The time to register to organize the congress is from August 21 to 22. The Party Building Committee has advised on developing a propaganda plan before, during, and after the Congress, creating an exciting atmosphere throughout the Party and the people.

Concluding the working session, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Truong An Ninh requested the leaders of Tan Gianh commune to strengthen the Party's comprehensive leadership role over the political system, focus on consolidating the organizational apparatus after the merger, ensuring smooth, effective and efficient operations from the commune to the village. Carry out well the work of Party building, developing Party members, especially in difficult areas; carry out well the tasks of economic , cultural, social, national defense and security development and resolve issues arising from the establishment of the commune; focus on improving the professional qualifications of the staff; promote economic development, sustainable poverty reduction and improve people's lives.
Currently, African swine fever is complicated, so the commune needs to focus on doing a good job in disease prevention and control and supporting people to overcome the consequences.
