Signing a contract to implement entrusted loans for poor households and policy beneficiaries

(DN) - On July 26, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) Dong Nai branch organized a contract signing ceremony on the implementation of entrusted lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries between the VBSP Dong Nai branch and socio-political organizations receiving the trust in wards under the management of the VBSP Dong Nai branch.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Sy Cuong, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) Dong Nai branch, and leaders of the Farmers' Association, Women's Union, Veterans' Association, and Youth Union entrusted with lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries in the wards under the management of the VBSP Dong Nai branch headquarters, including: Tran Bien, Bien Hoa, Tam Hiep, Long Hung, Long Binh, Trang Dai, Ho Nai, Phuoc Tan, and Tam Phuoc.

The signed contracts clearly define responsibilities in disseminating information about preferential loan policies, evaluating loan applicants, guiding the proper use of funds, and monitoring and recovering debts according to regulations.

In addition, the agreement also stipulates the coordinated implementation of activities related to propaganda, mobilization, training, professional development, credit quality monitoring, and annual credit planning. The signed document also specifies the responsibilities of mass organizations in coordinating the implementation of social policy credit activities at the local level.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Sy Cuong, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) Dong Nai branch, emphasized that the signing of the entrustment contract is an important legal basis to ensure that policy capital reaches the right beneficiaries, contributing to the effective implementation of sustainable poverty reduction goals and promoting social security in the locality.
