Signing a contract to implement entrusted loans for poor households and policy beneficiaries

(DN) - On July 26, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) Dong Nai branch organized a contract signing ceremony on the implementation of entrusted lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries between the VBSP Dong Nai branch and socio-political organizations receiving the trust in wards under the management of the VBSP Dong Nai branch.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Sy Cuong, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and the leaders of the Farmers' Association, the Women's Union, the Veterans' Association, and the Youth Union entrusted with lending to poor households and other policy beneficiaries in the wards under the management of the Dong Nai branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, including: Tran Bien, Bien Hoa, Tam Hiep, Long Hung, Long Binh, Trang Dai, Ho Nai, Phuoc Tan and Tam Phuoc.

The signed contracts clearly define responsibilities in disseminating preferential loan policies, evaluating loan applicants, providing guidance on proper use of capital, and monitoring and debt collection according to regulations.

In addition, the contents of coordination in propaganda, mobilization, training, professional training, credit quality monitoring and annual credit planning were also agreed to be implemented synchronously. The signed document also specifically stipulates the responsibilities of mass organizations in coordinating the implementation of social policy credit activities at the local level.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Sy Cuong, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Dong Nai branch, emphasized that the signing of the trust contract is an important legal basis to ensure that policy capital reaches the right subjects, contributing to the effective implementation of the goal of sustainable poverty reduction and promoting social security in the locality.
