Method 1 is direct admission and priority admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, accounting for a maximum of 0.5% of the quota by industry for industries not in the teacher training group and accounting for a maximum of 30% of the quota by industry for industries in the teacher training group.

Method 2 is to consider the results of the 2025 Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam for non-teacher training majors, up to 10% of the quota by major.

Method 3 is to consider admission using V-SAT exam results for non-teacher training majors, up to 15% of the quota by major.

Method 4 is to consider admission using the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, including the use of converted results of English certificates, at least 70% until 100% of the target by industry is met. For this method, the school uses the converted results of English certificates recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training (equivalent to VSTEP) as follows: level 2 is 7 points; level 3 is 8 points; level 4 is 9 points; level 5 and above is 10 points.

In addition, candidates with English certificates will receive bonus points if they apply for combinations that do not include English, equivalent to levels 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 of 0.5 - 1 - 1.5 - 2 points.
