The World Medical School Directory was first published by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1953. Data on medical schools and programs are independently verified to ensure accuracy, up-to-date and completeness. The information provided will be an important reference for international students, scientists and world health authorities in the decision-making process.
Phan Chau Trinh University has been authorized by the Ministry of Education and Training to train in Medicine (General Practitioner) since 2017. The school's medical training program is built in an integrated, bilingual manner, with enhanced English proficiency. At the same time, integrating USMLE content into the training program, combined with hospital practice organized from the first year, is an orientation for students interested in the US USMLE exam to have a good foundation and preparation.
In addition to the Medical major (General Practitioner), Phan Chau Trinh University also enrolls and trains Dentistry, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology and Hospital Administration. In 2024, the school enrolls 410 students, including 60 students in the Medical major for international students. For details, see here.
