After graduating from Hue University of Law, Nguyen Thi Thich volunteered to join the 92nd Economic-Defense Brigade. This was not just a decision affirming her life ideals – living for the community, for the people in remote areas who needed the hands and minds of young people. Entering the military environment, despite initial unfamiliarity, Thich actively participated in disseminating information and mobilizing the people to strictly abide by the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and local regulations... Thanks to her sense of responsibility and enthusiasm, Nguyen Thi Thich earned the trust of her superiors, the affection of her comrades, was elected Chairwoman of the local Women's Association, and was honored to be admitted into the Communist Party of Vietnam .
Having graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, with a major in Traditional Medicine, young woman Le Thi Giao made a special choice: she volunteered to work at the 92nd Economic-Defense Brigade. Having only recently left university, her journey to the border region of A Luoi was a mix of emotions – excitement, emotion, but above all, pride in contributing to the development of her homeland on the nation's frontier.
Young Party member Le Thi Giao shared: "My time working at the 92nd Economic-Defense Brigade has given me many valuable lessons. Not only did I gain professional medical knowledge, but I also learned about a simple lifestyle, military discipline, and practical experiences in responsibility, camaraderie, and dedication to the people."
With many outstanding achievements in her work, team member Le Thi Giao was honored to be admitted into the Communist Party of Vietnam at the young age of 23 - a significant milestone marking her maturity in political acumen and life ideals.
Young Party member Ho Thi Be Hoai, a Bachelor of Finance and Banking from the University of Economics, Hue University, expressed: “Joining the Party is a great honor for me. It is a sacred milestone in my journey of growth and a profound reminder of the responsibility I must carry. I understand that, to be worthy of this noble title, I need to constantly strive and train myself to prove myself and be worthy of being a young Party member – living with ideals, aspirations, and ready to dedicate myself to the development of my homeland.”
Performing their duties in the former A So Economic-Defense Zone, the Youth Union of the 92nd Economic-Defense Brigade demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and commitment to their work. Many comrades have joined the Party, becoming "red seeds" that provide a source of cadres for the border region of the Fatherland.
With over 25 years of operation in the former A So Economic-Defense Zone, the 92nd Economic-Defense Brigade has admitted nearly 50 Party members. Throughout their work, the unit's young Party members have consistently demonstrated the role of young cadres, pioneering in carrying out tasks, especially in disseminating information and guiding local people in implementing economic models, complying with local regulations, and eliminating outdated customs.
Many Party members, after completing their duties, have become exemplary teachers, doctors, and civil servants, contributing to strengthening the Party's leadership role at the grassroots level and becoming "red seeds" for localities, especially border areas. The positive contributions of young cadres and new Party members have been and are contributing to building a stronger and more prosperous homeland, maintaining security and national defense; and at the same time improving the material and spiritual lives of the people, and maintaining political security in the border regions of the Fatherland.
