Within minutes, Facebook and other social media platforms were flooded with images of users showing off their screens, expressing pride and celebrating National Day.

A small technological moment, millions of phones using VinaPhone network simultaneously displayed a message, creating a silent but powerful "chorus", connecting millions of Vietnamese hearts on a great holiday, proving that the Vietnamese spirit is being continued and strongly affirmed on the digitalization journey.
Prepare the highest level of telecommunications infrastructure for A80
Towards the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), VNPT Group has completed the review and optimization of the entire telecommunications - information technology infrastructure system, while implementing plans to ensure the highest level of information security and safety, prevent cyber attacks, and be ready to serve the country's important event.
In Hanoi - where many major activities such as the Parade, Parade and Artistic Celebration took place, VNPT has improved its mobile network capacity on a large scale. Specifically, 5,500 3G/4G/5G broadcasting stations have been put into readiness, 1,100 4G cells have been added, 106 mobile/field broadcasting vehicles have been deployed at crowded places, and indoor broadcasting has been enhanced and IBS/smallcell systems have been installed at key locations such as the National Exhibition Center and Noi Bai Terminal T2.
Despite the unpredictable weather conditions, more than 1,000 VNPT technical staff in Hanoi still strive to carry out their tasks, working 24/7 to complete the review and optimization of the system. Up to now, the group has basically completed upgrading the infrastructure, ensuring network and service safety, and at the same time, preparing emergency response plans, especially in the Ba Dinh Square area - where the main event took place.
At the same time, the group deployed information response forces at all event locations, closely coordinating with functional agencies to ensure national information security. With Vietnam Television (VTV), the group deployed fiber optic infrastructure at 17 connection points, completing the transmission line to serve the live TV program on September 2.
With Ho Chi Minh City Television (HTV), VNPT provided signal transmission lines for 18 LED screens, 6 television bridges and nearly 300 loudspeaker locations on the parade and marching streets. At the same time, in coordination with the Hanoi People's Committee, the group deployed about 300 transmission channels serving 297 loudspeaker clusters on 6 parade routes.
Not only ensuring technical infrastructure, the group also implemented many activities to serve people participating in the event, such as providing free drinking water, hand fans, and cheering stickers at rehearsal locations and the national concert on September 2, contributing to spreading the festive atmosphere, solidarity spirit and national pride.
Booth at the 80th Anniversary Socio -Economic Achievements Exhibition
In particular, in the National Achievement Exhibition area with the theme "80 years of Independence - Freedom - Happiness journey", the group is ready with the booth "VNPT - 80 years of steady pioneering" in the "Economic Locomotive" subdivision.

The space of nearly 180m² is divided into three separate zones leading viewers through the "flow of time": Past - with historical artifacts and a 3D digital museum through VR glasses, recreating the spirit of the Post and Telecommunications industry; Present - with a comprehensive digital ecosystem including 5G infrastructure, IDC, Cloud, oneGOV, IOC, MyTV, vnEdu, VNPT Money; and Future - with AI (eKYC, Generative AI) and Cyber Immunity - a safe shield in cyberspace.
At this exhibition, VNPT especially emphasized three key technology solutions, demonstrating a strong commitment to accompanying the Government and people in the national digital transformation process:
AI solution supporting administrative procedures: Integrated into public service kiosks, this solution helps people look up information and answer questions quickly, while supporting officials to process documents more effectively in the context of converting to a 2-level government model, contributing to building a modern and transparent public administration.
In-flight Internet Service: As a result of the strategic cooperation between the group and Vietnam Airlines, this service not only enhances the continuous connection experience for passengers but also affirms the group's position in mastering modern aviation telecommunications infrastructure.
VSTN land cable route: With a total length of 3,935 km, connecting directly from VNPT's technical center in Da Nang to international data centers in Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, this is a strategic project to help the group expand international connection infrastructure, serve the development of the digital economy and ensure safety and stability for the national telecommunications network.
Together, these solutions convey a consistent message: As a national digital technology corporation, VNPT always researches, develops and applies the most advanced technologies to serve the country, accompanying the nation throughout its 80-year journey of construction and development. The group's leadership representative emphasized: "We put the visitor experience at the center. Each service operates in real conditions so that users can clearly feel the benefits that the group's national digital infrastructure brings."

In the 80-year journey of accompanying the nation, VNPT has always innovated and created to bring modern solutions, contributing to building an independent, happy Vietnam that is increasingly reaching the world.
