In early March 2026, the family of Mr. Phan Van Hoa (born in 1991, Tam My commune) faced extreme hardship when his wife, 30 weeks pregnant, unfortunately suffered a serious health incident resulting in brain death and partial paralysis, incurring significant treatment costs.

Faced with the family's dire situation, the Tam Hai Commune Police Youth Union played a proactive role, using social media to share information and mobilize community support to help the family overcome their difficulties. In a short time, hundreds of kind-hearted people responded and contributed a total of 153 million VND. Immediately afterward, the Tam Hai Commune Police Youth Union transferred the entire amount to Mr. Hoa's family to cover his treatment costs.

This spirit of sharing was also clearly demonstrated by the Youth Union of the Avương Commune Police during their journey to Aur village – the most remote and disadvantaged area in the locality. Overcoming slippery trails, the officers and soldiers carried meaningful gifts for the children in the remote area, and continued to provide financial support to 7 "foster children" of the Commune Police Youth Union, demonstrating their commitment to caring for the children's future.

In addition, officers and soldiers also spent time meeting with, visiting, and disseminating legal information and knowledge about crime prevention, drug control, domestic violence, and especially the protection of protective forests to the local people.

Beyond just volunteer activities, young police officers at all levels clearly demonstrate their role in accompanying the people in building a civilized life and developing socio -economic conditions.

In An Khe ward, the "For a Peaceful School Gate" model, jointly implemented by the ward's police and youth union, has long been a shining example in ensuring security and order. Nguyen Dinh Chieu Secondary School is located on Truong Chinh road, a busy thoroughfare with high traffic volume, posing many potential accident risks.

The sight of police officers from the ward regularly directing traffic and reminding parents and students to obey traffic laws has become familiar every school dismissal time. It is thanks to this persistent effort that traffic congestion is reduced, traffic safety is ensured, and a safe and civilized school environment is built.

According to Major Bui Anh Duc, Head of the Youth Committee of the City Police, in addition to regular political tasks, during Youth Month 2026, the youth of the city's police force will carry out many practical and meaningful activities for the community, contributing to building the image of the People's Police force as ready to share and accompany the people, and highly promoting the spirit of "serving the people".
