Youth of Vietnam Lawyers Association responds to the 4th "Green Sunday"

Implementing the program "Youth Union participates in environmental protection and climate change response in 2023", based on the direction of the Central Youth Union Secretariat on organizing "Green Sunday in 2023", on September 17, a large number of youth union members of the Life and Law Magazine branches and the Office branch of the Youth Union of the Central Agency of the Vietnam Lawyers Association launched the "4th Green Sunday".

Many union members and young people have actively cleaned up the workplace, watered plants, taken care of trees, collected old books and newspapers to exchange for trees, sorted waste, trimmed trees, etc. to create an environmentally friendly workplace landscape.

Member Le Manh Quoc - Youth Union of Life and Law Magazine shared: “Green Sunday is a very meaningful activity, as a member of the Youth Union of the Central Office of the Vietnam Lawyers Association, I am very happy to contribute a small part in arranging and cleaning up the landscape and living environment at the workplace. I also hope that the union members and young people of the agency will be active and conscious in protecting the living environment”.

Sharing the same sentiment, member Nguyen Phuong Anh - Youth Union of Life and Law Magazine shared that this is an extremely meaningful activity, helping the young generation understand and be aware that caring for, protecting trees and improving the living environment is a common responsibility. Through this activity, member Phuong Anh hopes that the members and young people of the agency will join hands to protect the living environment through even the smallest activities.

Member Ninh Hong Vui - Member of the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Central Office of the Vietnam Lawyers Association added: “Protecting the living environment is a “hot” issue, especially in urban areas and large cities. We, the young people, are always aware of our responsibility in protecting the environment. Through these practical activities, we hope that every member and young person will be aware of preserving and protecting the environment.”

This is a meaningful and practical activity to promote and raise awareness and responsibility of each cadre and youth union member in protecting the living environment.
