Attending the ceremony at Hill 82 Martyrs' Cemetery were Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Tay Ninh Province Hoang Thi Thanh Thuy; Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Hai Phu. Attending the provincial martyrs' cemetery was Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Le Thi Cam Tu. Also attending the ceremonies were leaders of departments, branches, socio- political organizations and the provincial armed forces; representatives of local authorities and nearly 1,000 union members, youth and local people.

In the solemn and emotional atmosphere of the Ceremony, delegates and youth union members observed a minute of silence, paying tribute to the heroic martyrs, expressing the sincere respect and deep gratitude of today's generation for the sacrifices of their predecessors. The immortal sons of the nation sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the People.

“The candle lighting ceremony to pay tribute to heroic martyrs” is an annual activity with sacred meaning, reminding the younger generation to strive, promote the heroic revolutionary tradition of the previous generation, always be loyal to the noble ideals of the Party, be pioneers, unite as one, build the homeland and the country to become increasingly strong and developed.
Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Hai Phu, on behalf of the young generation of Tay Ninh province, expressed deep gratitude and respect to the heroic martyrs - those who fought bravely and sacrificed to protect the Fatherland.

At the ceremony, delegates and nearly 1,000 union members and youth representing Tay Ninh youth and people in the province observed a moment of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs and lit candles, offered incense and flowers at the martyrs' graves at Hill 82 Martyrs' Cemetery and the provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.
