The works to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels of Tran Yen commune are nearly 2 km long, worth over 100 million VND from socialized sources.

The construction of flower routes aims to create a bright, green, clean, beautiful landscape environment, improve the happiness index for the people; at the same time, promote discovery tourism and community tourism in the area. Up to now, Tran Yen commune has 35 flower routes, with a total length of nearly 40 km.

* At Hanh Phuc commune

Responding to "Saturday with the people" and "Green Sunday" launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanh Phuc commune, on August 2, the people in the commune simultaneously launched a general environmental cleaning campaign in the area preparing for the 1st Congress of the Hanh Phuc Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, and the roads in the commune.
